Girl Power. The pop culture slogan of feminists and the supposed rise of the female, begets, no betrays the very cord of being female. Say what you want about how much of traditional female traits were of social construct (society didn’t work that way as it tries to now) but it was merely a rejection of being feminine. All feminism suffers from this rebellion against femininity, it is like the ugly and rote got together to rebel against good looks and the fascinating.
Girl power? Does this not strike the target with precision? Does this not clearly reveal the motives behind the feminist movement? It is said that feminism wants to destroy men, quite the contrary it is obsessed about being men, or bettering men. From day one it has been about a competition between men and women, the feverish obsession to prove that they are as good or better at being masculine then men are. There are only two choices, sorry gender neutralists whom all live in a bigger fantasy land than feminists do, it is either masculine or feminine, and while we all share both traits of the other gender, our physical bodies and hormones help dictate what dominant traits prevail.
Heartiste made a post about women Olympic athletes being men like in physique after a brass balls journalist finally said what everyone knows to be true. In order to compete with men, in a mans world, women are forced to become masculine. But nature is not to be trifled with, there must always be balance, and thus many men now find the need to act feminine because of the void left by the increasing masculinization of women.
It is beyond tragic, that ones one gender can sell themselves out like it did, from their own misogyny, their utter hatred of femininity and women. Yes, feminism hates women. Why else would it try and shed everything that makes them unique and special and needed? The majority of the populace does what it always does, changes to fit the new mold for survival, in this case social survival. But our society has all but cast out femininity save for the few glowing beacons lost in the void of the fog of lies. Ignored, yet hopefully not forgotten.
All women who even speak about traditional feminine roles are now called out by their own kind, and pressured or demanded to know why and how they measure up to men’s standards? ie what about your career, what are you doing to prove your independence… ah yes the lie, that the only way for independence is by becoming a man and playing by men’s rules – the obsession rears its ugly seven heads every day for the few feminine girls left. Instead of praise, they receive shame and banishment.
I am actually a true feminist, I value femininity in females, I love women, when they act and behave like women, I fight for their cause as much as I fight for men’s and my own. The last remaining feminine girls should and need to be rewarded, as this is the only way to motivate more to be the same. If you have feminine girls in your midst, cherish them and reward them for this behavior, any punishment sends another one to the enemy, the shadow of fear that has no name.
It all starts with the rejection of parenthood. When women decide that being a loving, nurturing mother is NOT their role in life, and men decide that being a supportive, guiding father are not their prime roles in life, then “Playboyism” and feminism have fertile ground in our society.
I enjoy being a father (to all 5) and always found feminine women who want to be a good mother (and hence loyal, devoted wife) the most attractive of all.
This is true, and a result of the obsessional hatred of women that feminism promotes.
I will go further and state that “girl power” is not only found in being feminine, but is exemplified and enhanced by submitting to masculine authority.
Donlak! Good Morrow, friend!
I’ve noticed you’ve been making more of an effort to improve the quality of your prose. You’ve even been curtailing your habit of unnecessary apostrophe use.
However, you might want to tone down the rhetoric a bit. You’re starting to sound like a bad mix of Shakespeare and Old Roissy.
Cordially Yours,
Professor Vicomte D.F.A.
none of my apostrophe’ ‘use is ‘unnecessary – it’s called not editing foo’!
Don’t hate ‘cuz you don’t understand, and no I haven’t been trying any harder I just write whatever pace I have time for, and y’all have to deal with it, I ain’t selling this shit yo’!
Nah way brah.
You’ve been subconsciously unaprostrophizing.
Other people noticed, too.
Ask dem!
The demand for ‘equality’ in the face of abundant extant law is only a thinly veiled demand for special status; if you cannot achieve equality of outcome it must be bestowed. Worse yet, it cloaked in the spirit and echo of the inherent national decency that thought to create those laws and principles in the first place. When all is said and done, all the fury, accusation, and straw men of the last 50 years distill down into the 2nd grade chant that girls are better than boys…differences be damned. As you recognize, it they themselves who despise women and the feminine not men.
Also, please note: Feminists are always on about “power”, but when you look at their actions it becomes clear that what they are reaching for is control. Related, but very different. Power is the ability to make things happen; control is the ability to prevent things from happening, a much more (though clearly not solely) feminine concept. Confusing the two is why feminist plans go wrong so consistently. It’s similar to the trouble so many have telling the difference between confidence and obnoxiousness. Probably why the Dark Triad works on them so well, a set of behaviors that mimic top-dog traits while being something else entirely. They simply can’t tell the difference.
The grey paradoxical contradictory flux of Post-modernism reveals itself once again.
The only question is do you have eyes to be blind?
There is not one “Women Studies” coarse in all the Universities in North America that holds ‘motherhood’ up as any kind of virtue for to which a women should/ought to aspire to.
The underlying, overarching charge of feminism is to ‘Subvert the patriarchal paradigm’.
The evidence is all around . . . are you aware?
Words, definitions have meaning . . . unless we choose otherwise.
